J&S Automotive Technology manufactures safety and shield components for the automotive industry and is the primary supplier of safety-related products such as D-rings for belt systems to a number of OEMs.

This expertise not only serves as the basis for its leading position in the area of belt D-rings, but also offers considerable potential for growth in other areas. With its additional focus on thermal and acoustic shields, J&S also successfully caters to an automotive industry need which is driven by the trend towards engine downsizing. Founded in 1990, the company has its head office in Wustermark, near Berlin.

After successful realization of the company’s growth strategy, J&S was sold to Seafort Advisors in October 2017.
